We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a pre-paid return shipping label.

Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it for you. Photos are always helpful.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsÂ
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
ExchangesÂ
We encourage you to email support at Support@ITCShopnow.com and we will instruct you how to return your purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
RefundsÂ
We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your return. If the product was damaged from mis-use or using in a manner that it was not designed for we unfortunately will not be able to provide a refund. Please be sure to repack the item carefully for the return trip. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your back or credit card company to process and post the refund.
