Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day free return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a prepaid return shipping label.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@itcshopnow.com. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Warranty Policy
Some of our products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to us at support@itcshopnow.com and provide details of the problem. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on clearance items, or gift cards and individual items received through promotions such as "buy one, get one free" are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, email us at support@itcshopnow.com for instructions. Once your return is processed and you have been credited the refund amount, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds
We will notify you within 24 hours after receiving your return. If the item is damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure the item is properly packed for the return journey. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
