Shipping policy

Our standard UPS residential ground shipping within the US is free for orders over $149.00. All orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged the shipping amount calculated at checkout.

We generally ship product orders within 2-3 business days from the order submission, but it may ship the same day as ordered or it may take up to a week for us to process and ship your order, depending on the popularity of an item. Our standard shipping is via UPS residential ground and may take 7 – 10 days to arrive. We provide a tracking number within 24 hours of product leaving our dock, which you can use to track your order.

We currently are not shipping outside of the US.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete input of addresses and are not responsibility for the shipping or product costs associated with this. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or countries where our products may be prohibited.
