We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels or tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number of the purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Support@ITCSHOPNOW.com. Just let us know what you want to return and why, include your order number please. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it for you. Photos are always helpful.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
We encourage you to email support at Support@ITCShopnow.com and we will instruct you how to return your purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you within 24 hours, once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please be sure to repack the item carefully and securely to avoid damage on the return trip – if it arrives back to us damaged due to your repacking, we may not be able to refund you the full amount of purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
