The Illuminated grip handle features aluminum plated cast attachment caps which are highly polished stainless steel or Brushed Stainless Steel finish. Optional blue lit on polished option only. The acrylic lit center is embedded with highly reflective lines and is strong and reliable white LED lit. Requires 12v wiring and on/off switch (not included).

Attachment screws are NOT INCLUDED. It is important to source screws that work for your application and sub-straight to meet the performance standard. Be sure to understand what is behind the area you are screwing into, and that electric is disconnected during installation. See installation instructions in this listing.

I installed this lighted grip handle inside the entryway of my motor coach. Previously, there was no assist handle at all. It illuminates the step well for safety and is a close match to the existing exterior factory installed handle. The panel that I mounted this grip handle to required some reinforcing as you might expect. There is a light under my retractable steps that comes on when the entry door is opened. I simply ran a wire down and tied into that power source. Now the grip handle illuminates every time the door is opened and shuts off once the door is closed. PERFECT!!!

Excellent quality product; looks great & brighter than the original. The ONLY reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that the handle mount screw holes were a little different than the original ones on my 2012 Fleetwood Bounder (so had to drill new mounting holes-not really a big deal, but did put 2 more external holes in the camper)
